Abdominal Workout

Perform this workout twice a week.

Options for Lower Abs Exercises:

  • Choose one exercise among the following for lower abs:
  • Hanging Leg Raises
  • Leg Raises with elbow support on a bench
  • Decline Bench Leg Raises
  • Lying Leg and Torso Raises

Options for Upper Abs Exercises

  • Choose one exercise among the following for upper abs:
  • Incline Bench Crunches
  • Cable Crunches
  • Regular Crunches or Crunches with resistance bands

Abdominal Routine

  • For the abdominal exercises, pick an exercise from the first list and do 4 sets of 15-25 reps based on your strength level.
  • Next, choose an exercise from the upper abs list and follow the same pattern. Each session of abdominal training will consist of 8 sets.
