Return Policy

Customers must return items purchased to the Amazon store where the purchase was made, following the retailer’s return policies. Magestic1 does not accept returns of products from third-party sellers. Magestic1 will only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Magestic1 on Amazon under the following conditions:

•⁠ ⁠Apparel: For reimbursement consideration, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
•⁠ ⁠Accessories: For reimbursement consideration, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached and in the original packaging.
•⁠ ⁠Dietary Supplements: For reimbursement consideration, any item purchased from Magestic1 can be returned for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. The date the product ships is considered the date of purchase. Unopened items will receive a full refund in the original form of payment, while opened items will receive merchandise credit.
•⁠ ⁠Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

Refunds will not be credited to your card until the returned product is received and processed at Amazon’s warehouse. All items must be received by Magestic1 within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement. The original packing slip is required for reimbursement. Note that we do not have the ability to trace your return; please use your carrier’s tracking services.

All sales are FINAL on any promotional or discounted items on Amazon. Ensure you have read the Return Policy in detail before making any purchases on Amazon.

How to Return an Item

1.⁠ ⁠Place the merchandise to be returned in the original box.
2.⁠ ⁠Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing of the return. Write “RETURN” at the top of the packing slip and specify which items are being returned.
3.⁠ ⁠Address the package to the return address provided by Amazon.
4.⁠ ⁠Ship using the carrier of your choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED FOR THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. FOR ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES, CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
