Abdominal Workout
Perform this workout twice a week.
Options for Lower Abs Exercises:
- Choose one exercise among the following for lower abs:
- Hanging Leg Raises
- Leg Raises with elbow support on a bench
- Decline Bench Leg Raises
- Lying Leg and Torso Raises
Options for Upper Abs Exercises
- Choose one exercise among the following for upper abs:
- Incline Bench Crunches
- Cable Crunches
- Regular Crunches or Crunches with resistance bands
Abdominal Routine
- For the abdominal exercises, pick an exercise from the first list and do 4 sets of 15-25 reps based on your strength level.
- Next, choose an exercise from the upper abs list and follow the same pattern. Each session of abdominal training will consist of 8 sets.
